Gathapraya

HI GUYS!

 For this post i will tell you guys my experienced at Gathapraya!

             So, Gathapraya is an event by National Senior Highschool 3 with theme culture festival. It was held at Lapangan Bali on 30th September 2017. The gate was opened at 12 o'clock and closed at 7pm. But as a student of National Senior Highschool 3, we already on the location at 07.30. 

          we gathered first at Saparua's Field to opened the events. We gathered so we can walk as a parade to Lapangan Bali to promote the Gathapraya event. As for the parade there are fashion show that required 2 representative from each class. Each class have their own role to wear traditional clothing from an area that they chose from. As for my class we wore traditional clothing from South Sulawesi.

           After the parade the representative of each class welcomed the guests from the government. Than with the opening speech from the Gurbernur the event of Gathapraya was officially begins!!

        Gathapraya theme was to introduce us to traditional culture that represent Jawa Barat or Indonesia in general. There are traditional booths such as Traditional games booth, Membatik Booth, Gamelan and Angklung booth, Traditional clothing booth, and much more.

      The guest stars also come to fired up the enthusiasm. There are HiVi!, Nidji, and Elephant Kind. There are also Vina Candrawati and Giri Harja to lit up the stage. But not just that there are also performances from our school Angklung group which is KPA3 collaborate with other extraculliculars. Also from Drizzling dancers that won the competition to perform at Gathapraya. There was also the performance of Tiloe's Theater bringing the theme of Gathapraya.

       It was so exciting and fun to gathered with friends and enjoying times together at Gathapraya. Hopefully next year festival of culture would be as successful as this one!
